It is water weight, so don't fret. One good thing to kick start your weight loss when you hit a plateau is to drink LOTS of water!! Water seems to be the key to losing the weight somehow... or that is what I found. Remember to focus on protein first!! Then if you have room for the rest eat it. Post a new picture sometime!! They were successful in getting it out of the plane and home. When they took it for a float on the river, they were surprised by a Coast Guard helicopter coming towards them. It turned out that the chopper was homing in on the emergency locator that is activated when the raft is inflated. They are no longer employed at Boeing. ^D'oh! Unions suck, btw. At my old job, people in my classification were in the UAW. WTF were we in the UAW? I don't care, because I never paid my union dues, I just found out. I got my value out of the union, because they didn't do jack for me when it looked as if I might get laid off. They wouldn't even return calls from our steward.
